TAHSKA ("we" and "us") is the operator of (Tahska.com). By placing an order through this website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

SHIPPING, ORDER AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

As soon you place your order with Tahska, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. 

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number which you can use to track your order on the website of the relevant courier company. You should receive your package within 4-7 days. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.

The customer must provide full and valid address and contact details. Tahska can’t and won’t be held responsible for the loss of shipment due to incorrect address details. 

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before finalizing your order. We may offer free shipping promotions during specific periods or for orders that meet certain criteria.

If a package is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect address or other reasons, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping or correction of address information. Please email us at Tahskaofficial@gmail.com  in such cases.

Any delay and/or extension in delivery time caused by the courier company carrying your package is their responsibility. Tahska will attempt to fast track the delivery in case of delays, however, won’t and can’t be held liable for such after we’ve dispatched the item from our end. In instances of receival of a damaged-in-transit package, please write us a mail at Tahskaofficial@gmail.com. Tahska’s support team will work with you to give you a solution to the issue.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & TAXES

Since customs and duties collection differs in every country, they cannot be predicted- hence any additional duties or taxes charged by the government and thereby the courier company is deemed to be the buyer’s responsibility.
