Refund policy
Exchange Eligibility:
- We only accept returns for exchange. No monetary refunds will be issued. Please refer the Refund Policy provided below for further details.
- Returns for exchange are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery for eligible products only.
- Eligible products are those whose reason for return include:
- Defective or Damaged items received by the Customer
- Incorrect item received by the Customer
- Sizing issues
- In instances of receiving Defective or Damaged goods or any Sizing issues, we will extend an exchange facility for either similar or alternative goods.
- In the event that an incorrect item is shipped, we commit to offering a timely resolution by replacing it for the correct item at your request.
- Exchange requests due to personal reasons will not be accommodated.
Exchange Procedure:
- For returns for exchanges, contact Tahska's customer service team via email at tahskaofficial@gmail.com within the specified time frames.
- Provide necessary details: order ID, reason for return/exchange, and supporting images/videos if applicable.
- Our team will review the request and provide further instructions within 24-48 hours.
- Images/videos are mandatory for processing returns/exchanges.
Exchange Pickup:
- Reverse pickup will be arranged for eligible returns for exchange requests.
- Customers need to ensure the product is packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
- If reverse pickup is unavailable in certain areas, customers will need to self-ship the package to our warehouse.
Refund Policy:
- We do not offer refunds of any sort. Please write to us at tahskaofficial@gmail.com to take your case further. Our team would look into the situation and work to give you an apt solution.
Cancellation Policy:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
- If cancellation is requested before dispatch, refunds will be initiated as per the refund policy.
Note:
- All returns for exchanges must be accompanied by the original packaging and tags.
- Any signs of wear and tear, removal of tags, or misuse may void the return/exchange eligibility.
- This policy is applicable across all brands/vendors on Tahska.
